Isle waterfront

There’s no place like Newstead

Immersed in the horizon,
my nurturing new oasis reveals
a life in balance.

Combining a reclaimed industrial heritage with retail, dining and entertainment, Newstead is at the heart of Brisbane’s lifestyle. This bustling waterfront neighbourhood is nestled between Brisbane River and the inner north, close to the restaurants, bars, and designer shopping of James Street, with the Riverwalk connecting you to Howard Smith Wharves and the Brisbane CBD just two kilometres away.*

Newstead comes alive in breezes from the river, fresh cups of coffee and sparks of conversation.

Wander from the Brisbane River to Gasworks, boutique to brewery.  Everything’s connected here by the radiant waterfront.

Isle will join Quay, Pier, Park and Unison in the Waterfront Newstead masterplan. Wrapped around parkland and flanked by the Brisbane River, Waterfront Newstead’s story continually unfolds as a connected and vibrant community.
